Nutritious and Delicious Restaurant Meal - Late Summer Produce

This is a meal I enjoyed last month at a restaurant in New York City called Petite Abeille.  It is a great example of what to look for when ordering from a restaurant menu.  It was full of great nutrients and seasonal late summer produce -- a tomato-and-fresh-herb omelette, mashed carrots and potatoes, and a mixed green salad with a light vinaigrette.  Also, while I only needed (and could only finish) half of the omelette, the other portions on the plate were reasonable.  This restaurant plate came close to meeting the ideal 50-25-25 meal ratio of vegetables, protein and carbohydrates.  Restaurants, please offer patrons more food choices like this!
