Alicia Smith, chef/owner of PFG, will be speaking at a Parents Who Care event in Hoffman Estates on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 7pm.  Come and learn about healthy plate composition and quick, inexpensive, healthy and delicious dinner options for kids and adults.

Parents Who Care is an organization based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago that provides education and support to parents and young children.
